Thanks for all the replys but she was dead when I went back to check on her. It sucks that she died but I guess that's part of raising chickens.

We hatched our first bantam egg today but it is born with what I think is prolapsed vent. The chick hasn't opened its eyes and it has a large red "bubble" hanging out of the vent. The easiest way to explain it is it looks like a prolapsed vent. What to do? What caused this?
