Update, I brought him inside and he’s eaten here and there, we also gave him some Powerade by mouth. He’s still a little lethargic, but has a little more energy. He’s also still breathing rapidly and his comb is a dark red color with a white powdery look.

I agree, I’ve seen it in my own flock. My three cockerels are always chasing my hens.

Oh okay, we’re in the process of building a bigger run for them. This rooster has two brothers, which are all being chased by our oldest rooster.

Possibly, my other rooster is a bully and sometimes chases him away from the food and water.

He’s very very skinny, I gave him the Powerade in a drinking container and he was not interested at all, I then gave him a few drops with a dropper and he it all just fell out. When I put him down he barely walks and when he does walk he walks slowly and hides under something. I’m very worried.
