I wouldn't worry about shrink wrapping. Give them the 24 hour mark then candle them, if you don't see any thing going on we can open them up one by one to see what went wrong.
Due date was SUNDAY?? Omg, make them a safe hole immediately. If you don't know how, take tweezers or a needle and poke a hole at the air cell. Doesn't need to be a big hole, should be the size of a pen tip.

I have heard some people will lower there's, me personally, have never touched the temp. i leave mine at 100 with air. I beleive the humidity is more important at lockdown stage then the temp..
