ok, I DID see Millie/Calico eggs. I will most likely be getting some shipped to me mid-end March for a friend of mine. I’m not quite sure how I’d get them to you. They’d be coming from KS. Feel free to DM me if you’d like.
Bummer it looks like they’re actually 7 hours away from us. I’ll have to reach out during daylight hours, but unless they can ship. It’ll be a no go 😞.
I’m hoping someone will have something!
I’m currently hatching eggs that came from CA. Out of 54 eggs, only 13 are for sure growing 😞. A friend of mine in our same area got eggs from FL and out of 24, only has 3 growing! 😞😞
Is anyone in our great state selling and able to ship hatching eggs for:
Silkies
Brahmas
Salmon Faverolles
Bielefelders
CCL
EE
Jubilee Orpingtons
FBCM
Welsummers

Is anyone on this thread breeding Silkies? We had a decent hatch of Silkies, but a good number of them seem to mysteriously be dying. If you are a breeder, could you please PM me so I can try to troubleshoot my issue?
I wanted to update everyone on our hatch using the Incuview with Humidikit. We finished our hatch this last week and had a 69% hatch rate. That was up from the 25% we were getting from the Farm Innovators incubator. We are super happy with that. The humidikit ended up having a leaking...
I think I had a bunch get to cold last time too. We opened the clears and in many you could see the bullseye. I also discovered this hatch that my incubator was also too hot on my last attempt. The incubator I’m using right now definitely has a hard time holding temps steady. Sounds like we...
I also am breeding Silkies, so I’m hopeful with an incubator upgrade I’ll get better outcomes. One thing I have noticed with them is that they tend to hatch better with a lockdown at day 17 and not day 18. This is because they consistently hatch at day 20, not day 21.
Good morning everyone,
After much consideration, we choose the Incuview with humidikit. Here’s to happy hatching! I’ll let you guys know how my hatch turns out!
I've also been pointed in the direction of the Nurture Right 360.. to be totally honest its low price point scares me. I think Im either leaning either toward the Brinsea 28 ex or the incuview with humidikit.
Good morning fellow CO peeps!
I'm in the desperate market for an incubator upgrade. I'm gonna set another batch late tonight or early tomorrow after a 4/12 hatch rate using my Farm Innovators bator from TSC. So, I'm gonna set in my current bator and then swap when the other one gets here...
