I'm trying a deterrent I hope will work. When my roo attacks me, I grab him and hold him upside down by his feet. I carry him to an isolation coop with food and water. He remains there til the next morning. There is no roost there. I'll keep you posted. Keeping my fingers crossed.

When my rooster misbehaves I put him in the brood hen compartment over nite. Isolation is a great aditude adjustment tool.
