I made the meat loaf tonight, too... I didn't realize it would take so long, so I made something else for dinner tonight, and made the meat loaf for lunch/dinner tomorrow. It sure smells good. First time I've ever made it!

I'm going to try the meatloaf, only with bear meat. I've got bread dough rising by the woodstove, and snow softly falling outside. Doesn't get much better than that! (oh, and add chicks cheeping in the background... )
