There may be cases where some awards may "expire" if a member is no longer active on the board, but that will depend on a variety of factors including the specific award (for example, the year anniversary awards will never "expire").

I know, right!?!? Feels like we just created the 4 year award just a few months ago. The 5 year award is on our todo list and we hope to have it created and assigned soon!
