I haven't read the article from Italy yet, but... that really looks like a pathetically photo-shopped pic of "Teddy Bear" Pied Pearl Grey keets to me. If you mess with the contrast and lightness even as little as I just quickly did, you can see what I mean... Look I have some too!- PeepsCA
