    I've never tried plucking at all, but supposedly Guineas are one of the easiest birds to pluck, dry or scalded... I had a mobile butcher stop by and process 6 males for me last week, he did scald them, but ran them thru a chicken plucker machine, 3 at once and pulled them out completely naked in...
