I have 4 alive moving chicks inside Pippin's eggs! I really hope everything goes well. Never seen the chick moving inside before, your tips and tricks really helped me out, thanks!
I'm keeping the eggs under her until her NEW EGGS arrive!!!!!!
yes! that's right... I couldn't resist buying 4 polish eggs... the pics were just so funny!
I'm hoping to maybe buy more eggs or get a few day-olds for her. Not sure if I will yet. Will her being there for a week already cause her to abandon new eggs in the future?
That's great!
It gets dark really late (near summer) so I will tell you (maybe pics) what I see.
I am so scared... My first time having REAL FERTILE EGGS under a broody- I just hope she can raise chicks like she's always wanted to!
Plus, I really wanna know what's in those eggs!!! It's killing me trying to...
I didn't really see much today, only a redish-orange spot in each of them.
Might have been the yolk but I'm not sure. Just going to wait until nearer to the end
Pippin is sitting on a Copper Maran egg and a suspected light Sussex egg as the moment, your tips are going to help me when it's time to candle.
