    If that poult is a week old, it has been kept too warm. At a week old it should have wing feathers already. If you keep them too warm, it impedes feather development.

    Someone doesn't know what they are talking aboout. At three weeks old the poult would be nearly completely feathered out. Three days old may be right, not 3 weeks.
