That comb definitely indicated cockerel, but you can post another picture if it makes you feel any better :)

It's comb is all the proof you need for this particular cockerel.

In this picture, I am sure it is a cockerel because it's comb is very bright red for it's age.

The Silver Laced Wyandotte looks like a cockerel to me and your Blue Cochin looks to immature to determine the gender. Also, it would be helpful to post pictures that haven't been enhanced :)
