Yes it does work. Boiling salted water, 14 minutes, ice bath. Every once in a while I have an egg burst in the water but for the most part they are peeling nicely. Also, the older the egg the better it works.

Yup...it sure does work. Boiling water, a little salt, 14 minutes, ice bath. Out of 4 doz eggs only 4 or 5 five eggs did not peel perfectly. They are done perfectly also. Thanks sooooo much!!!!

Well, I'm going to try that. I hope they don't explode in the water. I'll let you know.
