Did it hatch by itself? That's a long time!! There's always a little pinkish blood and waste (poop) in the bottom of the shell. Once they start zipping, it goes really fast. Most zip in 30 mins or less! Keep posting! That's what we're here for!!

What happened when you candled? I think it's important to get the best quality birds over quantity. Private breeders are they way to go, IMO. I just wish I had more good breeders local, so I wouldn't have to keep working with these shipped eggs!
