No, I wouldn’t think you have to. I do because I hate to see my birds plucked. I feel like they look unhealthy & scraggly & it just bugs me. & I also think my red gets so obsessed I’d have 8 completely bald birds & 1 great looking red if I didn’t step in. 😂
