The op says they are only 12 weeks old, spurs only come it at about a year. And some hens have spurs. These have rather red combs for 12 weeks, and at least on the grey one you can clearly see the darker, pointed saddle feathers coming though. Just trying to be helpful : )

The second one (more grey) is definitely a cockerel, and I'm pretty sure they both are.
