Okay guys just as an update: I found his breeder, he is supposed to be a Calico/Mille Frizzle Cochin. She said it just looks like he didn't get the coloring just right like they are supposed to be.

The more I look at him he looks like the "jubilee" coloring in some breeds. He has white speckling all throughout.

Those were my thoughts as well. I'll try and get a better full body picture of him here in a bit.

I was given this handsome guy today....it was late when we got in so I don't have any better pictures....but I will tomorrow. Assuming he's a frizzle cochin? Not sure what color he'd count as. I will try to get a better picture in the morning but for now this is what I have🙂
