    Wait what? I place cleaned off seeds in the freezer for a week. Then I take them out and place them in a jar of water for 2 days then I plant them. They usually sprout in 2 to 3 weeks.

    You can stratify the cherry seeds by placing it on a damp napkin then placing it in a plastic bag. Putting the bag somewhere warm in the house.

    I'm surprised your sprouting pepper plants, the season is over for growing it unless you have grow lights for the winter.

    Did you soak the cherry seeds in water for 48 hrs?

    I think I randomly grow them just to see them sprout cause I don't have sunny space for them in the yard due to redwood trees.

    I always soak citrus seeds for a week and plant it soil. Takes about 2 weeks to germinate in full sun. Takes like 5 or 6 years to fruit properly. I do that with cherry also.
