When she lays, it will be easier to ID her, depending on what color she'll lay. Her beak shouldn't hurt. There's nothing to do about it, and it probably won't grow back, sadly. Not always, since they're not a pure breed they have no breed standard so they can really look like anything.

Looks like an Easter Egger to me. I agree with @TheWasp about her beak.
