It depends on the size of the eggs. Did your incubator come with a turning angle sheet? Mine had one that shows different circumferences of eggs, and tells what the turning angle should be.

When I've used the Mini Advance Incubator, I set the turning time to every 45 minutes. One hour would be fine, too, but in my experience, the more often eggs are turned, the healthier and more vigorous the chicks will be. There is no way to measure the humidity without putting in a separate...
