cream puffs/eclairs with assorted fillings (chocolate and vanilla pudding, ice cream) 1 cup water in saucepan with 1 stick butter---boil stir in until blended 1 cup flour when dough has formed off sides of pan, take off heat and vigorously whisk 4 eggs into dough--keep whisking until shiny...- cheepteach
