    I'm new to chickens since last spring but I'm from WI and we did get some frostbite when it was -30(with wind chill) despite doing everything we could. I can't speak to if it is frost bite but I would suggest applying blue kote to it and keeping an eye on it. I have heard frostbite can bleed but...
