If you want to do it, make sure you have a tray or container underneath the jar because there is always water that makes its way out because of the fermentation process.
I just fill a glass jar halfway with the feed, fill it up with water, close it, store it in a dark place for about 3 days and that's it. It's funny how much they love it.
