    Head tremor

Get the oral dose into her, and then give her some of the medicated water orally as often as you can through today, every 20-30 minutes if you can. The meds can't work if they don't get in. That is what I would do, at least give her a chance.

You can do either way. If you give it slowly and let her swallow, no more than .5 ml at a time, you can do in the front of the beak. You don't want to squirt it forcefully or do too much at once that way or she could aspirate it. Or you can do the syringe farther back, to avoid that...

If she's not drinking well, then give her an oral dose of the corid as well as the medicated water. You can do the oral dose once a day for up to 3 days. Once she's drinking normally you can stop the oral dose. Dosing is by weight, instructions are here...

    Head tremor

When I zoom in I see some small spots of what looks like blood, upper right and lower left are most visible. So maybe cocciciosis on top of everything else. The lethargy and not wanting to eat could also be symptoms. I hate to stop the B vitamins, but I'd start her on Corid to be safe...

Glad she's doing a little better, some improvement means we may be on the right track. Sometimes it takes a while. Fingers crossed she continues to improve.

She's big enough to swallow a capsule. They can swallow lizards, frogs, mice. When they have small wattles, I hold them under my arm, or in my lap, use your finger nail to open the tip of the beak, use your other hand in the corners of the beak, wrap your hand around the back of her head to...

    Head tremor

The vitamin E will settle out/float in the water, she won't get enough. You can just put the capsule in her beak and push it back, she'll swallow it. If I have to keep a bird warm, I bring them into my spare bathroom at night, in a crate, or I put them in my shower with doors, with towels on...

    Head tremor

If you continue to see worms, or symptoms of worms, then I would retreat with either Valbazen, or Safeguard liquid goat wormer, and treat directly orally. The issue with the aquasol is that if a bird is feeling unwell, they may not drink enough to get the correct dose. It's hard to know for...

Raw, unsalted. The salted ones have way too much salt for your birds, could cause other problems. You can often find them in the bird seed section of stores. I get them at Tractor Supply, they have them shelled and unshelled in several sized bags.

You can also give her selenium in some cooked egg, tuna, or sunflower seeds. Only a tiny, tiny trace of selenium is needed, just to help the uptake of the E.

What she is doing is called stargazing and it's a form of wry neck. Why she does it when drinking is hard to say. Neurological issues can sometimes present very weirdly. Wry neck can be vitamin related, so that is always the first thing to try, to see if you can get it reversed. If that...
