just went over the posts and missed before the 'green' poop... do as Peeps says...worm both of them now...it may not be gape worms but seems like worms for sure. I would continue the antibiotics but would worm them both as soon as you can. Wouldn't even try swabbing his throat again for...

think I would try to swab just a bit further into his throat...don't know how far back you did before but a bit more may show something different. by chance is his poop green? or smelly? like a sulphur smell? glad still on antibiotic....you should probably mix up a new batch and replace...

teeandtay, how's your guinea doing? if it was/is worms guess I was really off the mark... but I was thinking in the line of breathing,...illness from infection not worms causing the problem... let us know....

hard boiled egg yolk are a great source of protein and easy for him to eat and swallow....

let's hope not too late.... if you have many water sources for them to drink from empty them and put the duramycin mixture in all those closest to him....(.and the others may benefit from it too.). good luck! let us know how he's doing...

put some crumbled boiled eggs yolks for protein out for him and maybe some where he has started sleeping.....I would put him on the antibiotic too... hopefully someone else will see this and rely soon...

I am sorry for your loss... but to me a guinea not running around and making noise ARE signs of sickness...I would keep an eye on the rest of my flock for any signs of anyone else being sick...but thats just me...
