No, you have it backwards. The concentration of carbaryl is higher in sevin 10 (10% carbaryl,) 5% carbaryl in sevin 5 dust. I'm not disputing the info in the MSDS. I havnt seen sevin 10 dust in stores for years, it may have been taken off the market. Anyway, 10% sevin isnt needed to dust...
Your link is in regards to sevin 10 dust. I dont recommend using sevin 10 dust, never. I recommend using sevin 5 dust. It's always best to wear a mask, protective eyewear, and always washing exposed skin; hands, arms, etc after dusting. That's what old chicken clothes and shoes are for lol.
It's best applied to the bird if external parasites are present. You can add it to their dusting spots as well if you wish.
I inspect my birds frequently and dont dust my birds if they dont need it.
