Okay so I have just candles the Orpington eggs and I noticed at the pointy end there is a large black spot is this the yolk sacks or is there something wrong the chicks in them they are moving and there is clear vienage please help

For her first hatch it is a smooth ride so far 11 have hatched and 4 are alive in the egg so happy out of 16 on 1 died I think I know I originally said 19 counted incorrectly
Also I am confused all the eggs are purebred Plymouth Rockeggs so why are there white chicks could there be a chance...
Yes she is covering all of them pretty sure they are all hers if not some are her sisters but they are all plymouths as well I don't mind how many I have I just love seeing a mum with her babies but if she is covering all of the eggs there should be no problem right she started sitting around...
Well my Geese are being really mean towards the Plymouth Rock hen so I had to move her I made a little brooder pen for her and she is fine now she is sitting on 19 eggs is that to many eggs will keep updated

Hi my goal so far is going very well i now have 11 barred rocks I have my 4x 1 and a 1/2 month old my 2x 6 year old hens and my 5x 1 week old babies I am so happy here are the pics of my new babies
