I agree they're both pullets. I had fertility issues with a splash Ameraucana rooster also. Kinda makes one wonder....... Anyway, you might try putting a wanted ad on CL or here on byc for a cockerel. I put one out on a whim, never thought there would be folks with pure bred birds around...
