My suggestion would be to treat her for coccidia despite the negative test results. Almost all of the symptoms you are describing sound like coccidiosis.- enola

If she was my hen, I would treat her for coccidiosis. The antibiotic could very well have stressed her digestive system, allowing the protozoa to have a population explosion.- enola
