their other mix breed birds as hybrids, so for that reason, I too, think they mean mix breed
I can definitely get feeling impatient:hugs. Six to eight weeks is a good range. Some can be sexed earlier by gold or red leakage though. I've actually never had the females turn out to be males, but it doesn't really work that way here
