    Where did you get your silkies i'm up in Paso and raise them. I saw the paint silkie in your pic it looks like one of mine! I still have the paint but mainly sticking with porcelain colored. Yeah im surprised this thread isn't more active there's so many ag/chicken people in SLO county

    No Im 28, when my husband and I have kids I hope they will be. I grew up in santa cruz so I didnt really have property here we bought a little over 2 acres and love it! Do u do 4H?

    I try not to keep count! just kidding lets see I have eight laying hens mainly cochins and araucanas, 13 grown silkies and about 16 chicks but I'm going to be selling some chicks. O yeah and I have a royal palm turkey.

    Im mainly trying to work with a lavender/porcelian and paint project. I have a ton of chicks right now they are so cute. I need to retire my incubator for the winter. I included some pics, are u a member of central coast fancy feathers? This last one is a sizzle it is soo cute!
