The eyeliner chick has red shoulders and doesn't have the consistent pattern down it's wings like your pirate chick. That's a pretty big 'tell' with this type of EE. The least feathered chick seems to be feathering red shoulders as well, which is why it's iffy. That's not to say only chicks...

The one on your shoulder is a pullet- really iffy on the other two. A couple more weeks will be super telling.
