    You're right, its good to let them have more room. I know most keep only one or two roos, I just couldn't get rid of em, they usually get along pretty good. :)

    Some of my flock, some stay in the coop, and some run free. I have 40+ chickens, 1 pekin and 1 rouen duck, and 2 buff geese male and female. I usually let my Roos run free, I would never kill them or any of my hens...
