from what iv been told with mine they had the runny nose rattle .it was just a cold.and viral so all ya can do is treat it like ya would if you had a cold stay warm. give them vitamins.wait it out.its hard to do but it worked with my last one. i tried all kinds of meds but nothing seemed to work...
