thanks. I am not too surprised after the rough start this one had but it was doing so well this morning so a bit surprised.

That last one was the strangest thing. I have never had a chick/chicken just not absorb veins if still alive. The couple I assisted if they had veins I put them back and a few hours later they are gone. This one was at least 10 hrs with no change in them besides the ones that got crusty

well I have 5. I lost one last night but think because of something I did. :( But that last one to hatch was having a rough time. The veins never fully absorbed but it was still alive and getting very crunchy. I left it in there to absorb for about 8-10 hrours and it was no longer...

One is out. Other still had veins so is hanging out and hopefully stays alive till I get home or is out when I get home.

thanks. I had just opened a bit around the beak to check. still saw veins so back in they went for the night. figured they would hatch overnight. They didn't.... so like 8 hrs later (this morning) I went to start a zip line for them and think I still see some blood and looks like they are...

They have been pipped for about 27 hrs or so. I candled and they are still moving. I have had to assist a couple chicken chicks and they have made it and had no issues. But I am clueless on quail

not sure how long I will have them. When do their feathers start coming in? I am going to be selling them but would love to see them grow a bit. But only have a tote for them to live in for now (it is good size but not huge.)

2 are out. The first pipped still hasn't hatched. The 2nd pipped was the 2nd hatched. and one of the others was the first hatched. 4 others have pips and the one I think was a late quitter has nothing.........

woke up to NOTHING. :( Was really hoping to wake up to at least something...... I noticed the first pip at around 3pm when I got home so it could have happened anytime after 8 am.......... it is now 7 am and still nothing. so at least 16 hrs......... UGH my brain is going all...

oh YIKES on them being super loud after! The chicks drove my husband crazy I can only imagine how he will be with them. LOL

LOL that is my problem then. I am either looking at the incubator in person or watching it on my camera that is on it. HAAHAA

Thanks. Ya not worried about the pipped ones but hate that 1 isn't pipped yet. Lol. I hate this part of hatching. It feels like it has been forever. Lol. Sure they will either wait till I go to bed or till I leave for work then all hatch. Lol

5 pips. I think 1 quit which left me with 6. Hopefully the last one that was alive last night pips soon!!!!

there may be more pips. I almost missed this one as it is SOOOO much harder to see, not sure where they are tiny eggs so a tiny pip or the blue egg with speckles on it so hard to see..... but even knowing where it is now I can barely find it. LOL hopefully I don't miss them all hatch since...
