They definitely aren't wood ducks. I'm not exactly sure what they could be, where are you located that may help it is good that they are already drinking!

I was wondering how everybody raises their wood ducks. We have plenty hatch every year but we never have much luck with them at all. We feed them chick starter, boiled egg (crushed up) and the ones we have now are getting mealworms but are still not making it. I have smeared food on the side...
