9 days old now, these are the chicks I hatched from Paint eggs....

Oh, I am sure I will like them. I am just confused as to what the colors I am getting. Another egg hatched, labeled "W" for white. The chick looks to be a buff (but is still wet). Honestly, I don't care what I get, but I am leg banding them according to what the egg is labeled, and I am confused.

Please forgive my ignorance regarding this variety. I have not read through the entire thread. I have just hatched 4 eggs labeled, "Paint." The results have me a bit baffled. One looks almost, as I read it described somewhere in here, "champagne?" I think???? Or is this something else? It is not...
