It's been subfreezing if not subzero here since Christmas. I dusted my birds last week since they are coop bound for who knows how long, and are unable to dust bathe to rid themselves of mites. You should do the same. If she is having problems with temps in the teens it could be from anemia. She...- keesmom

I agree. How could it possibly be too cold to dust chickens? You need to do it ASAP. And leave your hens alone to roost where they wish. They are not going to freeze. They have nice down coats to keep them warm.- keesmom
