I have my new diet,5 10 0z glasses of water or juice.Nothing out of a can unless you wash salt off contents like beans.Can have all frozen vegies and fresh veggies I want,and I am just learning the meats.The diet they feet you in hospital doesn't taste like a heart diet.I just have to learn.
