    I would isolate her since the problem is getting worse. It might be best if she were caged so that she does not try to use the wing overmuch. Check for breaks in the skin. Bites can be very harmful to birds.

    If the wing has not been hurt for long, consider just biding your time. Since she can fly the wing is not broken and it does not look that bad in the above picture. Give it some time; birds heal quickly. Do you know when and how the wing was injured?
