I started with 2 taps Sunday morning to see what would happen. Nothing yet. When I get the first drip, I will be tapping the rest. This is only my second year and last year the sugar bug bit me. Got 1.25 gallons of finished syrup from 4 taps. 65 gals of sap. This year I hope to add more.
