I'm trying to learn how to make good, crunchy granola, too, so would be interested in the answers! My favorite is one that I buy at Wild Oats Market, called "Gingersnap Granola." It REALLY tastes like gingersnap cookies, and I love the stuff. I wish I could make something similar.
