It's a good idea but they don't need extra calcium during molt, but extra protein. Stock can only hold so much nutrition, there are better, easier ways to support them for molting.:)

Some salt free stock into a mash may be a nice treat but a better solution is a higher protein feed, since what they need is protein, not calcium, during molt.
