They are hard to tell apart sometimes. For a long time I thought my Australorp could have been a Jersey giant. I finally caught her and had a good look at the bottoms. They were a washed out pink that leaned towards a yellowish hue, but they were still pink, I saw no true yellow.

My Australorp have no yellow. Only pink.

My Australorp has shiny feathers. The difference in the breeds is the color on the bottom of the feet. Pink is Australorp, yellow is Jersey giant.
