I can totally take care of everything after the fact and I'm loving that I'll put homegrown bird on the table but I mentally freeze at the slicing :/ I will try again tomorrow or next week. I'm not attached to any of the roosters so I'm mad at myself for not following through.

I feel like an idiot :/ I just can't bring myself to kill the bird. He's hanging and I've tried 4 times but I can't bring myself to slice. So mad right now and frustrated.
