Tonight is lasagna, made a few weeks ago and frozen. Garlic bread made with bread from Gumpsgirl recipe.

I love mine. The only draw back is that it is recommended not to use it for pressure canning becasue of the weight and heat generated. I know some do, but I don't take the chance and I do my pressure canning in the garage on the turkey fryer base.

It's a snow day here too, but all I've accomplished is checking the incubator.
Looks like we are having Black Diamond Steaks, boiled potatoes, and home grown corn. Maybe homemade applesauce thrown in there too.
