I do keep my eggs at 99.5 and 100, and I would go with the temp at the level at the top of the eggs. Like a thermometer laying on the eggs. Turn them several times a day. With still air, I would even go a bit higher like 100 to 100.5. I never go any higher or lower than those temps. It also...- seminolewind
