I have one of those incubators. I added very little water for first 18 days. The last three I added water to only two of the wells. It brought humidity to 70%. I never hatched turkeys only chickens so far. I don't know how much of a difference there would be;) good luck it's so fun!

I know the temp should be 99.5. I think a degree either way probably doesn't change much. But heat will kill so flux on lower end. I'm only a first timer so hopefully more experienced people will chime in;)

We are day 5 and just candled our 24 eggs. My guess so far is 60%yes 20%no 20% not sure? I am doing it with my 8 & 5 year old girls. We will try again on day 10 to see what we think then. Soo exciting!
