Except for the leg color that slate over the yellow. Both barnevelders and wellies have yellow legs ..but I would love that both lay dark eggs!

T It doesn't really have slate legs. You can see the yellow underneath the dark. When you mix breeds, you get weird things. Lots of black sex links have dark legs with yellow skin underneath. It's going to be interesting to see how it turns out. [/quote Yup ur right I had to look again but...

The leg color is just throwing me, none of the breeds in a black sex link have slate legs I thought. I am leaning to black Sex link though and if so she's a hen, but any doesn't look like the others tails says rooster to me, Roos just stand and grow different.
