well.. my May 5th turkeys and chicks decided to hatch out on the 4th... but the ones I had set for the 6th are right on schedule!

depends on how long ago the moon shifted... if it was a while ago then it doesn't seem to have made any difference.. however if it was really recent then it may take quite a few hatches before we know for sure this is the first I've heard of it.. never saw anything on the news.. but then again...

4 emu chicks hatched out.. 2 on the 11th and 2 on the 12th.. so here are this month's moon babies for me..

lol.. I just realized that the chicks I have coming from Cackle are "moon chicks".. they are coming from their February 22nd hatch! my emu eggs still seem to be alive and well
